High risk
Foreign exchange and CFDs are traded on margin. Leverage magnifies both gains and losses, and you can lose all the money in your account quickly. Only connect money you can afford to lose entirely.
Copying is not a guarantee
A master account can, and will, have losing trades and losing streaks. Copying it copies those losses.
Your results will differ from the master's because of your broker's prices and spreads, execution speed, slippage, swap charges, minimum lot sizes and rounding, your account currency and leverage, and the moment your copier copies each trade.
Rollover ladders
Rollover plans risk a large share of a small balance on each trade (about 17–24% per level). Several losses in a row can return the account to its first level or empty it. Use a separate account that you can afford to lose, and do not add other trades to it.
Prop-firm accounts
Prop firms can end your account if you breach their rules, including daily and total drawdown limits, news restrictions, or rules on copying. Lower multipliers reduce but do not remove that risk. Check your firm's current rules yourself.
Technology risk
The copier, your broker, MetaTrader 5, the internet and our systems can fail, be delayed or behave unexpectedly. Trades can be missed, copied late or copied at a different size, and stop losses can fill at worse prices in fast markets.
No advice
We do not know your circumstances and we do not give personal advice. If you are unsure whether copy trading suits you, speak to an independent, licensed adviser.
Past performance
Past results, examples and ladder tables describe a plan's design or history. They are not forecasts and do not guarantee future results.
