What exactly is the Trade Copier?

A service that copies the trades of an AthenixFlow strategy (master) account into your own MT5 account automatically: the same entries, stop losses and take-profits, sized to your balance. You keep your own account with your own broker; the copier only places the trades.

Do I need a VPS, an EA or my computer switched on?

Accepted Answer

No. The copying runs in the cloud on our copy engine. You do not install anything on MT5, you do not rent a VPS, and your computer and phone can be off. You only need an MT5 account with a broker.

How long does setup take?

About five minutes after you pay: fill in a short form, receive your key, enter it with your MT5 login on the connect page, and copying starts by itself.

Which brokers work?

Any broker that offers MetaTrader 5 (MT5). MT4 is not supported. If your broker adds a suffix to symbol names (for example EURUSD.m), the copy engine maps it; if a symbol still does not copy, message us and we will help.

Can I use a demo account?

Yes. A demo account is a good way to watch how the copying behaves before you connect a live account. Your access covers one MT5 account at a time.

Which plan should I choose?

Match the plan to the account. Rollover plans are for a small account you set aside for a staged ladder ($15 or $25 to start). Standard 1% suits personal accounts and prop-firm accounts. Each plan page lists who it is for and who it is not for.

What is the minimum balance for?

For rollover plans, the minimum is the ladder's starting balance plus a buffer of about $4–5, so that if the first stage loses, there is still enough in the account to trade the next stage. For fixed-risk plans, below the minimum the smallest trade size a broker allows (0.01 lot) would risk more than the plan intends.

Can I lose money?

Yes. Copying a strategy copies its losses as well as its gains, and you can lose all the money in the account you connect. Only connect money you can afford to lose. Past results do not guarantee future results.

Will my results be identical to the master's?

Accepted Answer

Close, but not identical. Your broker's prices, spreads, execution speed and minimum lot size differ slightly from the master's, and a trade copies a moment after the master places it. Over many trades the differences are usually small, but they are never zero.

How many trades are open at once?

Rollover plans hold one trade at a time. Fixed-risk plans hold up to three. Each plan page lists it.

What is the lot multiplier?

The copier sizes each trade in proportion to your balance compared with the master's. The multiplier scales that: ×1.0 copies the master's risk exactly, ×0.5 risks half as much per trade, ×2.0 twice as much. We give you a recommended value for your plan and account type, and an allowed range.

Why is the multiplier fixed at 1.0 on rollover plans?

A rollover ladder works out each level's risk and target in dollars from the level's balance. With any other multiplier your account would be on a different level from the master, and the ladder maths would no longer hold.

Can I change my multiplier later?

Accepted Answer

Inside the allowed range, yes: message us and we change it on the copy engine. Outside the range we cannot support it, because the plan's risk rules were not designed for it.

Can I use this on a prop-firm challenge or funded account?

Accepted Answer

Yes, with the Standard 1% plan at the prop multiplier (×0.5 recommended). That puts each trade at about 0.5% of the account, so a losing streak stays well inside typical 5% daily and 10% total drawdown limits. Rollover plans are never offered for prop accounts: their risk per trade would break any prop firm's rules.

Does my prop firm allow copy trading?

Many do, some do not, and the rules change. It is your responsibility to check your firm's terms before you connect. Some firms forbid copying signals from others, or trading the same strategy on several accounts.

What about news trading and weekend holding rules?

The master pauses new entries for 15 minutes either side of high-impact news. It has no special weekend rule, and your firm's exact rules may be stricter. Check them, and lower your multiplier or pause copying if your firm requires it.

How does a rollover ladder work?

The account climbs a table of 62 levels one trade at a time. Each level has its own dollar target and dollar risk. A winning trade moves the account up one level; a losing trade moves it down one. At level 1 a loss stays at level 1.

Why use a separate account for a ladder?

The ladder sizes each trade from its level's balance. Other trades, deposits or withdrawals in the same account would put it out of step with the master's level. Keep the ladder account for the ladder only.

What are plans 3 and 4?

Corrected versions of plans 1 and 2. Their risk per level is set so that a loss takes the balance back to exactly the level below: 16.7% for Plan 3 (20 ÷ 120) and 23.1% for Plan 4 (30 ÷ 130).

How much does it cost?

Access is $10 for 30 days, a launch discount. The original price is 5% of the account size for personal accounts and 2% for prop-firm accounts (above $100), and $100 for rollover plans. You see the exact price, with the original crossed out, before you pay.

How do I pay?

By card, bank transfer, USSD and other local methods, depending on your currency, through Flutterwave's secure checkout. You can pay in US dollars or, where offered, in your local currency (for example naira).

When do my 30 days start?

When you link your MT5 account on the connect page, not when you pay. An unused key expires after 14 days, so connect soon after you receive it.

How do I renew?

From your dashboard (the connect page): press Renew and pay. The new period is added to the end of your current one, so renewing early loses no days. We remind you by email 7, 3 and 1 days before your access ends.

Can I get a refund?

Payments are not refundable once your key has been issued. If you paid and did not receive a key within 48 hours, we refund you in full. See Refunds & cancellation for the details.

Why do you need my MT5 password, and is it safe?

The copy engine has to place trades in your account, so it logs in with your trading password. You enter it once, on our encrypted connect page; it goes straight to the engine (MetaCopier) to be checked with your broker, and we never store it. A trading password cannot withdraw money: withdrawals need your broker's own login. We will never ask for it by email, WhatsApp or phone, and anyone who does is not us.

Can you withdraw money from my account?

No. Copiers place and close trades; they cannot withdraw. Withdrawals happen only through your broker, with your own login.

What happens when my access ends?

Accepted Answer

Copying stops for new trades. Any trade already open keeps its own stop loss and take-profit, so it closes by itself. Nothing else in your account changes.

What do you do with my details?

We use them only to run your access: your key, reminders and support. We do not sell them. Personal details are erased 90 days after your access ends. See the Privacy policy.

No trades are copying. What should I check?

Accepted Answer

Check three things: your dashboard says "Copying" (not paused); you have not changed your MT5 password since connecting (if you did, reconnect from the dashboard); and the master has actually opened a trade (it does not trade every day). If all three are fine, message us.

Question 30

A trade copied with a bigger or smaller size than I expected.

Accepted Answer

Brokers round lot sizes to their smallest step (usually 0.01). On small accounts that rounding is a larger share of the trade. A different account currency, or leverage, can also change the size slightly.

How do I pause copying?

Accepted Answer

Press Pause copying on your dashboard; it takes effect immediately. Your access keeps running while paused, and Resume switches it back on.

I changed my MT5 password. What now?

The copy engine can no longer log in. Open your dashboard and reconnect with the new password, or message us.
